Rack of Ribs

CD's offers Rib Plates on Thursdays. We smoke our own ribs overnight on Wednesdays so they are fresh. Each plate has one pound of ribs covered in our homemade rib sauce plus 3 sides dishes for a satisfying meal. Whole racks are also available by the pound.

 

Pound Special

Our Daily Special is a "Feed the Crew" pound of chopped BBQ, 1/2 pint of our homemade dip (either hot or mild), 1 pint of our homemade slaw (coleslaw or BBQ slaw) and either an order of hushpuppies or 6 hamburger buns. Feeds about 4-6 depending on how full you make your sandwiches.

 

Large Garden Salad

CD's large Garden Salad is a meal in itself, starting off with a base of 1/2 lb. of lettuce. Topped with tomatoes, green pepper slices, cucumbers, radishes, carrots and red onion. This salad is the basis for our other salads including the Grilled Chicken Salad, BBQ Salad and the Chef Salad (See Below)

 

 

Chef Salad

The large Garden Salad (above) becomes a hearty Chef Salad with the addition of crumbled bacon, cheese, ham and turkey.

Our convenient Drive Thru window allows you to pick your order up while on the go. Be sure to call ahead and place your order so it will be ready when you arrive.

 

 

 

Chopped Pork Shoulder

Each order is chopped fresh off the shoulder when you order it to ensure taste and temperature quality.

 

 

 

 

 Large Orders Welcome

Here a large order of BBQ is being prepared. CD's can accommodate orders of one or two pounds at any time. Larger orders, as for parties or get-togethers, need a week notice so that we may order enough and cook enough the night before.

 

 

 

Chicken Fillet Sandwich

The Chicken Fillet is a very popular sandwich. A breaded chicken patty is fried crisp and served on a bun with your choice of fixin's. Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo is just one of the many ways we can fix this favorite.

 

 

 

Chicken Tender Plate

This is the full size Chicken Tender plate. This plate has 4 large tenders and your choice of 3 sides (only two shown here). CD's also offers a Child's Chicken Tender plate served with 2 tenders, fries and a roll.

 

 

 

Bacon Cheeseburger

Three slices of bacon top this flavorful sandwich. This one has chili and slaw, but we can prepare your sandwich any way you like.

 

 

 

Preparation Line

A hamburger "All The Way" (mustard, chili, slaw and onions), two cheeseburgers with Mayo, Lettuce and Tomato, and a grilled chicken sandwich are being assembled on our prep line.
